Over Hoover Dam and through the Desert off to Grandmas house I go....

Two crazy filled home decorating days were just enough to get grandmas house whipped into shape....and to sweat to death!! Lots of spray paint, hammering nails, and shopping for accent pieces!!!! The best part was the fun I had with my amazing sister! We squeezed in a lunch date with Judy who has known us for 40 years and was my way cool high school teacher....we ran and took a quick look at the high school that has been renovated too.....talk about a walk down memory lane! Yummy Mexican food with my fun mother in law and some donuts from Donuts to go helped provide some needed energy!!! Did I say it was HOT?! Well worse than HOT how about HUMID and HOT and MISERABLE!! But it was all worth it in the end to hear my grandparents oooooh and ahhhhh about the dining room set and all the other projects....And although grama had the tv on politics we were able to squeeze in some OLYMPICS! Such a memorable trip even without the big bad wolf! :)
