We grabbed Subway for dinner and Grandma got sugar cookies from Kneaders and headed for American Fork Canyon! After about five minutes you could feel the temp. change and the cool air felt WONDERFUL! Almost needed a jacket! The water was super fast and a few feet from our table so a bit too close for comfort with the little kids nearby. It would have been great if we had only adults and camp chairs to just listen to it rush by. Patrea and kids joined us and luckily brought the bug spray! If you haven't gone up any of the canyons for a picnic I say it's a definate must do this summer!
