Bryan's new idea for conference was to have a bake-off! The boys against the girls with new recipes even! Bryan took it upon himself to search for a new recipe and Sarah gave us one she learned at her 4-H club. I was loving Sarah's easy fruit dip-cool whip and vanilla plus cutting up some apples!!! Mom could totally handle that! Now Bryan decided on applesauce cinnamon & sugar donuts that involved yeast and rising dough!!! So brave of him! They turned out a little wierd looking -not like a donut at all- but tasted pretty good! We hope next year will be even better! Thanks Bryan for livening things up around here! He also found the great Conference kids packets for the children to color. That took all of an hour BUT they had fun!
